Commonly called 'Day Of Coordination', our Wedding Weekend package is perfect for anyone who has most of the details in place but wants to be able to enjoy their big day without stressing about setup, deliveries, vendors, or anything else! With this package it becomes our job to make sure your wedding weekend goes off without a hitch from rehearsal to your grand exit. Despite the name, this package actually kicks in about a month before your wedding so we make sure to cover every last little detail. We'll help you fill in those last little holes and get all the final details to your vendors, making the last few crazy weeks before your wedding a whole lot less crazy. We want you to enjoy every part of the wedding experience, so leave the logistics to us!
PLANNING
- unlimited access to your wedding planner via phone and email beginning one month
before your wedding

- mini timelines for you, your vendors, and your entire bridal party

- help with creation and distribution of final catering and planning documents

THE DAY OF
- complete day-of coordination by your planner and up to 2 assistants
- access to our extensive Emergency Kit
- setup and breakdown of all decor for ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour
- organization of all vendor activities on the day of your wedding

- handling payment and gratuities for all vendors
- assistance with gifts, other supplies, and personal items at the end of the night
